Gezondheidscentrum Binnenstad wordt beheerd door Stichting Beheer VAVW-kade, waarin de apotheek, huisartsen en fysiotherapie vertegenwoordigd zijn. Zij besturen het centrum en houden zich verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een divers aanbod van kwalitatief goede zorg in het pand.
